The Unity College Library (UCL) is a one-stop shop that provides a variety of free academic support services to Hybrid Learning students via peer mentors and peer tutors.
Peer Mentors are student work study position whose purpose is to support hybrid students socially and mentally through peer counseling and providing remote student activities options.
Peer Tutors are student work study position whose purpose is to support hybrid students academically through tutoring and providing remote study skills activities options.
Our mission is to assist and empower students to achieve academic success.
The Library's services are designed to promote academic success across all course content areas as well as math and writing. Academic skill improvement is addressed through peer mentoring and academic seminars covering topics from time-management to conquering test anxiety. Students who take advantage of the support offered by the UCL improve their study habits, develop more effective learning strategies, and are more successful in their coursework.
